Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Lysoniq app ("the App", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Lysoniq is a client application designed for users with an Apple Music subscription. It enables high-resolution playback, remote control, and device switching for enhanced audiophile experiences.

2. Requirements for Use

• A valid Apple Music subscription is required.
• You must use the App in accordance with Apple’s terms and applicable laws.
• You must be at least 13 years old or have parental consent if required in your region.

3. No Warranty

Lysoniq is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding:

• Uptime or uninterrupted access
• Compatibility with your devices
• Accuracy or completeness of Apple Music data
• Complete prevention of playback errors, bugs, or connection issues

Use of the App is at your own risk.

4. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lysoniq and its developers shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of data
• Damages to your audio equipment
• Streaming interruptions
• Financial loss
• Other issues arising from the use or inability to use the App

5. Subscription & Third-Party Services

Lysoniq does not provide or manage Apple Music subscriptions. All media content is streamed from your Apple Music account using Apple-provided APIs. Lysoniq has no control over third-party services and is not liable for issues arising from their availability or changes.

6. User Data and Privacy

We do not collect personal data. Anonymous analytics may be used to improve functionality, as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you agree to our data handling practices.

7. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to update, change, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. Continued use of the App after changes are made implies your acceptance of the modified terms.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms, abusing the service, or engaging in unlawful use.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of your local courts.
